With the dramatic growth in Social CRM adoption over the last 12 months, Lithium wanted to highlight the lengths companies were going to and the results that companies are realizing.
The awards represent the depth and breadth of social engagement that Lithium customers are achieving with their end customers. All entries were self-submitted by the companies on the Lithosphere –
Lithium’s customer community. The entries were then voted on by community members, giving an indication of the popular vote. The finalists that were selected by Lithium’s executive judging panel were the examples which most closely followed the spirit of the categories they entered, as well as those that could prove demonstrable business value.
